🌹 TERRY LEON RICHMOND, XENIA OHIO, PASSED AWAY March 14, 2022
Terry Leon Richmond, age 69, passed peacefully with family and friends at his home in Xenia, Ohio on March 14th, 2022. Terry was born on April 15th, 1952 in Maysville, Ky to Leon and Dorothy Richmond.
Terry Richmond is survived by his wife of 42 years Ruth Richmond, four children Brian, Tanya, Angie and Shane Richmond. Three step children Chris Koogler, Gary and L.B. Grubb. 19 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Brother Larry and Charles Richmond and sister Teresa Newell. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Leon Videll and Dorothy Genevieve Richmond and granddaughter Kayla Richmond.
Terry was a heavy equipment operator and supervisor with Jergens Bales. Terry was a member of the Ohio Operators Union, IUOE Local 18, where he also won awards for his remarkable abilities on heavy equipment. There was nothing he couldn't accomplish from laying pipe to helping build his home. Anyone that knew him knew he was the boss at whatever he was doing. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and shooting pool.
Later in life Terry loved watching the squirrels, bunnies and birds early in the morning. He also loved spending time with family and friends especially his best friends Timmy Hoskins and Custard Patterson.
