WE REGRET TO ANNOUNCE MARY CICCONE, LAKEWOOD NEW JERSEY, PASSED ON March 6, 2022
Mary (nee Gaglione) Ciccone, 102, passed away on March 6, 2022. Born in Newark, NJ on February 21, 1920, she resided in Fort Lee for the last 20+ years, before moving to a nursing home in Lakewood, NJ in 2019.
Mary Ciccone is predeceased by her husband, John (Jack), her son, Herman (Sonny), her daughter, Louise (Cookie) Gutowski, and her parents Mario and Louise Gaglione.
Mary Ciccone is survived by her daughter, Florence (Penny) Marro and son, John (Jack) his wife Lou Ann, and son in law, William Gutowski. Mary Ciccone is also survived by the loves of her life, her grandsons, Jonathan and Justin Ciccone. Her granddaughter, Jacqueline (Gary) Giordano.
Mary had 5 brothers and 8 sisters. She is survived by 5 sisters; Carmella (Nell) DeOliveira; Ida Carlucci; Margie Michak; Ann Rosol; and Rose Ann Toribio.
Mary was a fighter to the end; lover of all dogs; loved to cook; master seamstress and a certified Italian Grandmother! And a lifelong fan of Elvis Presley!
All funeral arrangements are private and have been entrusted to the DiCostanzo family owned, Lakewood Funeral Home, Howell.
